Avada theme updates have crashed our site

    I’ve applied updates to the Avada theme on a site that hasn’t been updated for quite a while and the site is now displaying error codes on every page – even the one to log back in to the back end functions.

    Thanks for that! Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com but instead a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org ) but hosted elsewhere.

    We cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. But, I can get you pointed in the right direction.

    The error is definitely stemming from the fusion-builder plugin, so I would try to disable it via FTP first, or, if you’re not familiar with using FTP, contact your hosting provider ORI.net for help. Since they’re hosting your site, they also have access to your site’s files, database, and backend and are the best ones to help you.
