Available memory space not accurate

  I deleted a couple of posts to my blog and emptied them out of my trash because I wanted to redo my blog’s focus but it still shows that the available memory is the same as if i never deleted the posts. Why is that? Seems like once you delete a post it should free up space for more posts. Is there something else I should be doing?

  Each wordpress.com blog comes with 3GB of free space. This space has to do with images and other files you upload to your blog, not text: text is unlimited. So deleting posts won’t affect the available/remaining space.

  (And even if text did count, two posts is nothing: to fill up 3GB you would need the text of thousands of books.)

  PS You need to correct your username link: it links to a deleted blog.

  If you have pictures you want to delete you need to go to your media section and delete pictures etc there.

  Dashboard >> media
