Available upgrades support doc

Earlier this week still there was a support doc with brief descriptions to all the available upgrades on WordPress.com and explanations of refunds, etc. at http://en.support.wordpress.com/upgrades/
Just now I wanted to refer a user in the forum to that support doc and it is no longer there. Has this been removed intentionally?

I would have automatically used the same link when answering support questions so it’s a good thing you gave me a heads up on this. Hopefully, Staff will restore it soon.

Yes, that support page was removed intentionally in an effort to consolidate and remove duplicate information. That page now redirects to our plans page here: http://store.wordpress.com/plans/

I think all the critical information is covered on existing support pages, but if you notice anything missing I’d be happy to see if we can get it added back to an existing page. :)

I want the link to the simple listing of upgrades page back please. I am typing this through clenched teeth and trying no to be angry but the redirect is not one that I appreciate at all. -

As I started this thread I’ll add my voice as well. It was a really helpful resource as a one-stop overview of all the upgrades and much easier to refer users to the brief summaries in one document, rather than having to point them to an entire library of support documents to find out what each upgrade entails.

If our request for reinstatement is not successful then I will create my own cheat sheet with my own unique descriptions of each available upgrade and publish it. I’m betting that would bring my blog traffic from the frustrated and annoyed bloggers who experience the circular runaround and still don’t have the answers they sought. Ha!
