Avast is seeing pictures as malware?

Avast is stating that the pictures on my blog have malware connected to them. I took the pictures as well as uploaded them. How can I resolve this issue?

Did you upload them to WordPress.com itself, or upload them to a different photo-hosting site and hotlink them? How big are they, typically? Have you run a virus scanner on your computer recently? JPGs have been known to carry viruses.

I uploaded directly to WordPress.com. The files are not very large. I have run both virus and malware scanner and came back clean. I haven’t uploaded for awhile. I went in this morning and started getting this message. Never had it before. Thanks
