If you are logged into your wordpress.COM account, you are logged into gravatar.COM also since Automattic owns gravatar. Are you going through your dashboard at users > your profile?

Logged into WP account. Anyway gravatar ask me for login and password.
Going through wp-admin/users.php?page=grofiles-editor -
While logged into wordpress, try going direct to the gravatar site. You can upload your gravatar there. You should see a blue admin bar at the top and if you go to the “my account you will see where you can add your image and such.
