I’ve uploaded a new avatar pic but when I share on Facebook, it still shows my old pic. I did this a couple of days ago (and tried it again just now) so the change should have gone through, right?

Facebook caches link previews to make them appear faster the next time anyone shares that URL. You’ll often see old photos and text appear there even after you’ve adjusted them on your site. In the case of Blavatars, we’ve seen this come up a lot recently where even running their debugger doesn’t fetch the new image. We’ve shared the bug with Facebook but it’s not been fixed.
Then only workaround we have at the moment is to re-upload your new blavatar image once again. When the same image is uploaded twice, it creates a new web address on the ‘back end’ of the site for that image. Could you please do that?
Then visit Facebook’s debugging tool here:
https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/og/object/
Enter in your home page, then click ‘Fetch New Scrape Information.’ Let me know if that clears it up.
