Avatar, Blavatar, Gravatar
-
Started my WordPress.com blog today. I uploaded an image in my general setting. It uploaded fine, and the results page shows the three little thumbnails in descending size. But when I search for my own blog, the thumbnail is the generic abstract image. This was also true of the test I did in the forums.
Is there a difference between avatars, blavatars, and gravatars for the purposes of this site?
I did search for the topic, but remain confused.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Please paste the exact URL of your blog when asking questions here, or link your nickname to your blog (as explained in the Sticky 8 Things to Know Before Posting). We usually need that to give a relevant answer.
Blavatar = blog pic (shows in the address bar of your browser); set under Settings > General.
(Gr)avatar = user pic; set under Users > Your Profile (or under My Account > Edit Profile), or directly at http://en.gravatar.com/ .
