Avatar Cropping Box Stuck

  I am attempting to upload an avatar. I can upload, but when it asks me to crop (which I actually don’t need to do since I’ve sized it at 128×128), the crop box will not move below the avatar/wordpress toolbar along the top of the page. Its stuck up there?!?!? Thoughts?
