  I’ve cleared my cache and cookies and still can’t seem to get an avatar image loaded. Is there a problem with the website?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Exactly what you mean by avatar image? If you would like to add your Gravatar to your blog you can do that via the Gravatar Profile Widget.

  If you mean something else, please clarify and I’d be happy to see what I can do!

  Yes, I would like to add a Gravatar image to my blog. I’ve tried on several different occasions to load an image through gravatar.com and when I hit the “upload” button on the page with header “Select a file from your computer” nothing happens. When I try to go to MY PROFILE from this page the entire tab closes. Is anyone else having this problem or is it just me?

  Can you try using a different browser? Like Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. We recommend using those browsers.

  Also, can you please try clearing out your cache and cookies using the guide below?
