Avatar is not showing up

  Hello, I recently just created a blog a couple of months ago and I’m slowly building up my subscribers. However, my subscribers don’t see my avatar whenever they get an email notification that I have posted a new post and this just looks terribly unprofessional. How do I fix this problem?
