Avatar isn’t showing up

  I set my Avatar earlier today, and it is still not showing up in any venue you might expect it to be. Like in the address bar of the browser when one goes to my site, or when I leave a comment on someone’s WP site. I am logged in, and the site sees that I’m logged.

  Any ideas what I can do to kickstart this???

  I recommend visiting http://gravatar.com and reupload your avatar image.

  Like in the address bar

  Thank you. I’ll try that. One thing, my Avatar is showing up in the address bar now, but is still not showing up on posts where I leave comments. Or, even here in the Forums.

  Will report back on progress.

  If your avatar is showing in the address bar, you’ve uploaded it as a Blavatar, not an Avatar. The Blavatar represents the blog, and is specific to each blog. Your username’s Avatar/Gravatar, on the other hand, travels with you wherever you use this username.

  Note my “gravatar” is now showing up next to my member name (sure do wish I could change that now – :sigh:).
