Avatar not coming up in comments section.

I have enabled avatars for comments. But they are not showing up in the recent comments widget.
Also, same is the case for individial posts. I dont see them at all!!!

Apparently you haven’t enabled them. Did you click “Save Changes” after selecting the “Show Avatars” option in Settings>Discussion?

I’m having trouble this morning with the avatars…it’s showing up as if I haven’t assigned a picture for it but I have.

I think there are some server issues somewhere because I’m also getting alt-text instead of images in the support docs.

mine isnt showing up either, and ive clicked on save changes yet its still not showing up. help.

@crabbybunny: Yours are showing up, with the “Mystery Man” option selected for commenters with no avatars.

Please do not post the same issue to more than one thread. As I said in your other threads, You are in the wrong forum and need to be over at WordPress.org, in accordance with the sticky thread at the top of the forums on the differences between WP.com and WP.org.
