Avatar not showing up in comments

  My avatar doesn’t show up when I make comments. It is just a question mark. Any idea why that would be? Thanks.

  Make comments on what blog and what URL? Do you have an example? Is it a wordpress.com blog because if it isn’t, the blog owner might not be using the avatar functionality.

  yeah I know what you mean when I uploaded my avatar it only showed a plain black screen.

  my avatar doesn’t show up in the comments section of another wordpress blog…… i just get a generic avatar even though i have an avatar set up on my wordpress blog…..

  Report it to staff. There have been some avatar errors like this going around.

  Make sure you are logged into WordPress.com when you make comments or else your avatar won’t be associated.
