avatar not visible?

  can anyone tell me why my uploaded avatar/image which is a 20kb jpg file, is not visible / viewable on posts / comments. or direct me to previous discussion so i can troubleshoot this one?

  I can see both avatars I had the same problem the other day were other people could
  see my avatar but I couldn’t if you still can not the see your avatar give word press A day to get the avatar loaded into there servers theres been some kind of delay lately.
