Avatar problems

  So, I have uploaded my gravatar, and yet, on here, I still have no avatar. Am I doing something wrong? I’ve been tying to fix this for the past hour, and nothing. Can someone help me please, and don’t refer me to any tech support crap, because I’ve tried everything that they had to offer…

  Hello there,
  Gravatars/blavatars do not show up instantly after uploading them. Gravatar images are cached and frequently take several days to display after a change. Do not keep uploading! Doing that means it will take even longer.

  To enable Gravatar display and hovercard display on your blog go to > Settings > Discussion and scroll way done the page to “Avatars”.

  To put this in perspective for you there are pages of bloggers who posted threads long before you posted and presuming we provide instant service is unrealistic. You waited a whole 20 minutes. Well take a look here please https://en.forums.wordpress.com/view/no-replies/page/12 As would be expected, we provide support to those bloggers who posted threads first and we work forward in order of datestsamps and timestamps.

  Thanks, though I’m not sure if this will work, as I tried like a week ago to upload a pic, and it didn’t work then either…
