  I’m trying to upload a avatar pic but it needs to be a URL format (gif,jpg,) I don’t know where to get the proper URL because my upload keeps getting denied. Here are my tries….. file:///storage/emulated/0/Download/FB_IMG_1478569283377.jpg

  Hello
  The first instance looks like a file from your phone. You should be able to “browse” for the photo rather than try to enter the file location.
  The second, if the URL you posted is complete, does not have the correct file extension (.jpg .gif) to be considered a photo.
