avatars appear twice in Facebook like box

  I have linked to Facebook for likes. so far I have six people who have liked. B five of the six avatars appear twice. How can I sort this. I have tried clearing the cache and forced refresh. All but two avatars then disappeared, but when the 6 avatars came back after a refresh, so did the five repeats.
