Avatars – not updating

  I changed the picture on my Profile a week ago, but the old picture still shows when I comment on other blogs. I did see the new pic on just one blog, but not since. Any ideas, please?

  Hi dickiebo-it sometimes takes awhile, but you could try re-uploading your avatar to see if it gives it a “push”.

  My avatar did this too. I renamed my pic and then uploaded it again.

  Be patient.

  In my case, “a while” turned out to be six months of having my old avatar pop up on blog comments or here in the forum before it disappeared for good.
