  banner ads are not allowed from adsense on wordpress.com blog, as mentioned on this page…

  but there is not mentioned about “text ads” from adsense. is that allowed ?

  Note the first sentence in your link to the WordPress.com advertising policy page:

  <i>While most affiliate links are allowed on WordPress.com, we do not allow banner image ads or third-party advertising networks like Google AdSense, OpenX, Lijit, BuySellAds, and Vibrant Media.</i>

  There are two clauses here: the first states you can no banner image ads and the second states you cannot use any third-party advertising networks. Google AdSense is specifically mentioned as an advertising networks that is not allowed per the user agreement.

  You could always transition your blog from WordPress.com to a self-hosted WordPress.org site. See this page on moving a blog.
