    Your question translates to:

    You could try logging out of vanderheydenw9, then log back in using the email address your purchase receipt was sent to — the upgraded site should be listed under My Sites in that account.

    après avoir “acheté” le compte prémium, j’ai effectué la procédure jusquau bou avec ma carte bleue , j’ai ete débité sur mon compte, la carte bleue est au nom de marcel dhoye; merçi de vous occuper de mon cas ! , je suis sur que nous allons trouver une solution, :-)

    There is no purchases on the account you are using to post here, and we don’t even have payment information for you stored in our system. If you tried to buy the Premium Plan for joiedepeindreorg.wordpress.com, that transaction did not complete.

    I do see a purchase in our system by a marcel dhoye on 15 October, but that purchase is for a completely different site, vdhpainting.wordpress.com, which belongs to a different account.

    Or, you can try looking up the charge on wpchrg.com — it’s a secure form. Either way we’ll be able to find the correct account.

    The transaction IDs you gave are for payments for the site, vdhpainting.wordpress.com, which I gave before.

    To access that site you need to log in as the username, vdhpainting, not vanderheydenw9

    Please go to https://wordpress.com/me/ and click the Sign Out button. Then log back in using vdhpainting as the username.
