  Hello, when creating a new page my Avia page builder will not come up on the screen and therefore I can’t access any of my saved page templates. I tried updating the Enfold theme manually, deactivating all of my plugins and still nothing. Please let me know how I can fix this.

  Hi @gpscreinfo, honestly your site seems to be having some DNS issues. It’s not hosted here with us, so these aren’t the forums you’ll want to post in for help, here’s why.

  I’d recommend contacting your host to sort that out first. Or if you changed your site URL and lost the .com part, consider this:
  https://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_The_Site_URL

  Then, about the builder issue, please contact support for Aviva, or try asking in the correct forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums
