Avid Theme issues – images not loading

I am having issues with the Avid theme I recently bought. It is an image focused theme and when the webpage loads only the first page loads properly. When i click on load older posts images appear only on one side of the page and by the end of the page posts stop appearing though when i click on the empty space it opens up the post. is this a design flaw? how do i resolve this issue?

Yes, it does precisely as you’ve described. Also, the site URL does not change properly after you click on “older posts,” although at times I saw a page 2 appear in the URL momentarily as I scrolled. It should proceed regularly as follows:
kusumathimmaiah.com
kusumathimmaiah.com/page/2/ (after one click of “older posts”)
kusumathimmaiah.com/page/3/ (after two clicks of “older posts”)
etc.I wonder if disabling Infinite Scroll at Settings > Reading might fix the issue.

Yes that’s right, it doesn’t change page numbers. I cannot use infinite scroll as it says ‘your theme uses click-to-scroll as the default behavior’. thanks though!

It may be a design flaw, as you’ve suggested. I’ve flagged the thread for Staff attention.

The theme author can continue helping you in that support forum, and they’ll be able to directly address any bugs that might be causing trouble with how posts load in the theme. I’m going to go ahead and close this duplicate support thread, so if you have any other questions or concerns about this please feel free to post a new reply in that Avid forum thread linked above. :)
