AVIRA Browser Safety extension breaks https://wordpress.com/help/contact page
-
I’ve had an empty support page https://wordpress.com/help/contact (see https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/httpswordpresscomhelpcontact-not-loading-in-chrome?replies=5#post-2603323) and found that the page is using https://static.olark.com/, that AVIRA Browser Safety extension in Chrome consider is as a tracker and by default blocks it.
You should either avoid use the script from static.olark.com or negotiate with Avira to not block the site. Also you should consider to provide more meaningful message to the user rather than show empty page.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

We will look into that situation. For the moment, it might be a good idea to use a different browser for accessing that page.

So, thank you for the heads up. We’re working on mitigating this issue but may be a while. If you require Chrome and Avira, you might want to look into whitelisting the domain on your end, if possible.
We’ve also let Olark know, as they’d need to work with Avira to get unblocked permanently.

Avira extension has an option to specify if I want to unblock any particular tracker. Once I found what caused a problem, it was easy to fix.
