Add topic to favorites
I uploaded a pic & it does not show up in the ( ) at the top rt of my home page….
or other places…….

Also I already submitted this next ?

Why can I NOT center the text in my page COURAGE?

No matter how many times I follow the instructions from the link sent to me, it will not center correctly. Can I also center header for each page?

Hi there. When I view your blog your blavatar image does show up in my browser tab, as indicated here: http://snag.gy/Y0CkJ.jpg. If you don’t see it, try clearing your browser cache and cookies. http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/

Note that the image you upload under Settings ->General serves as your blog’s favicon. It doesn’t appear on the page itself, nor is it associated with your username. The image that appears next to your username is called your gravatar and that’s uploaded under your account settings, here: https://wordpress.com/me/public-profile/

Why can I NOT center the text in my page COURAGE?

I had a look at that page’s source code and it seems you have some strange code in there that’s messing things up. Edit that page. Make sure you’re in the visual editor. Highlight all the text and select the “Remove Formatting” tool (in the classic editor it’s the fifth icon, second row of the toolbar – icon looks like an eraser). After clicking that, select the center-align icon again and update the page. See if that works.

Just read this again. Do you mean at the right of the black admin bar, between the New Post button and the notifications icon? That image is the Gravatar I mentioned above and must be uploaded under your account settings or under Users ->My Profile in the classic dashboard.

Hi-
I tried all the tips u gave me regarding clearing the the browser…
I have the latest version of IE……..nothing changed….
I can tell u this;
If one views my about page, u will see the same pic I also used to upload my new gravitar…..recently;
the old gravitar is the one u see on the link you gave to me……on my site the circle is blank.

As for the page Courage…..
the text still will not center, no matter what I do.
I did follow your advice

I deleted my Courage page…and reposted it.
Still no centering of text happens.

I deleted the old gravitar pic……that was showing up –
same one as the one in th etop rt of my site…I’ m in black….
my new gravitar I uploaded a few days ago, ( same pic as in “about”)
does not show on this thread, or any where on my site.

This is messy with your formatting. Are you copying and pasting this text into your page from somewhere else? If yes, can you make sure you’re using the “Paste as Text” feature:

As for the Gravatar issue, can you log into Gravatar and head to My Gravatars. Select the email address that’s associated with your WordPress.com account and make sure you have the correct image selected.

Hi-
I did paste the text in many of my posts…..
This is the only one that gave me a problem.
Although I did trash Courage, and republished it.
I did type in the text it is now centered.

Can I center the headers in my posts ?

I did check the gravitar site and clicked on the pic I want;
I believe I already did this before…we shall see.

Do you mean the page titles? These can only be centered using the Custom Design upgrade.

You’re going to continue to have problems as long as you do not paste as plain text. Start using the Paste as Plain Text button. Do formatting after you paste.

Hi there!

It looks like you’ve set your Gravatar rating to “PG”. In order for your Gravatar to display everywhere, you’ll need to upload a G rated image and rate it “G”.

If your current image is a G rated image, you can change the rating by heading to My Gravatars and then clicking on the rating at the top right of the image at the bottom of the screen.
