'Aw snap'?

  Whenever I try to load my site in WordPress. I get the ‘Aw snap’ message. I can’t edit, add, do anything. Can you help?

  Exactly what page are you trying to load? https://welshmountainmama.wordpress.com/ or one of the dashboard pages?

  Have you tried clearing your browser cache, loading it in a different browser, or using a different connection? You can see how to clear your browser cache here:

  If none of that helps, please provide the exact URL you are trying to load, and also let me know what browser you are using. Please include the browser version as well.

  Thank you.
  It’s the stats page that’s failing to load: WordPress.com/stats/insights/welshmountainmama.wordpress.com
  I use Google Chrome. I tried clearing the browser cache, but no good. The page does load in Safari though, so may need to resort to that of I need to load that page.

  Thanks for the information.

  Can you check if the stats load if you open that page in an incognito window in Chrome? If that works, the problem is most likely being caused by a browser extension in Chrome. Ad blockers and anti-virus extensions in particular might be blocking the JavaScript code that the stats page use to display data. Try disabling any extensions like that and see if that makes any difference.
