Aw, Snap

Every time when I load Dashboard > Stats > Insight, the page freeze and load to ‘Aw, Snap’. There is something wrong with the Insight page, would hope WordPress could fix this.
The rest of the site is perfectly fine. Please take note that I tried in many different browser and also tried fresh clean browser. So clear cache and such is not a solution.

Hi there,
It sounds like there is something on that page that’s failing to load. The insights page loads fine for me, so I’d still look to your local environment first.
Is it possible for you to check if this happens on a different connection? Or at least try resetting your modem/router.
Then can you please load that page with the browser console open and take screen shots of any console errors you see. Please upload those to your site’s media library and let me know so I can take a look.

Same thing keep happening, as long I go to Insight page, it freeze, ‘Aw, Snap’.
The only working Insight page is in my WordPress app in my mobile phone.
I took a screen shot of the console errors.

Have you tried running your browser in incognito/safe mode? I just want to rule out a browser extension perhaps blocking something on that page, so please try that and also try disabling all browser extensions to see if that makes any difference.
