Awaiting help in getting free domain as part of my value bundle

Still needing help in getting the free domain included in my value-bundle.
So far, no response from WordPress, only a suggestion that I repeat the request to you again through here. Here, is my request as originally stated.
“When purchasing a WP value bundle, I was eligible for a free domain name. I never used it, and whenever signing on to this account always received a notification urging me to go ahead and activate the credit. After numerous attempts to “add a new domain” (outwherethebigwavesare.com — which it says is available) I received the message “error validating domain credit” each time of half-a-dozen attempts. After two days of this dead end, TODAY I received the new message saying “that name cannot be added to this blog”. So, I tried a workaround: I temporarily switched the primary from prairywriter.com to prairywriter.wordpress.com. Doing that, I do not receive the “that name cannot be added to this blog” error message, but the other earlier one “error validating domain credit”.
Obviously, I’m either doing something wrong, or there is a glitch somewhere. Awaiting advice about how to add the new domain name I’m eligible for,

Note on above information: the blog in question is listed under prairywriter.com, instead of the sensingtheway.com blog mentioned above.

If you are referring to prairywriter.com, you already used your bundle to register the prairywriter.com domain.

Thank you. That certainly simplifies everything. Wonder why I kept receiving the notices that I was entitled to a free-domain and urging me to activate it — (then, of course, it would never do that and kept giving me error messages when I tried. In attempting to add the other name and pay for it as an upgrade, it didn’t work either. Does this mean I should be able to accomplish this now with no problem (i.e., add the desired domain name outwherethebigwavesare.com)? Hope so. I’m so happy with all the blogs I’m getting up and running — and linked to my other primary sites online.

Well, you have already used the domain credit to register prairywriter.com.
If you wanted another domain name, you’d need to register it separately.

Getting the new domain name was my main goal. If it is still available — which it was a few days ago — I’ll go ahead and do that now. Also, I’ll close this exchange by indicating it as ‘resolved.”
