Awarding of Likes and Followers

  Good morning! For the past couple of months, I have received no grand totals of likes via my awards page, nor have I had a recent update of numbers of followers. A very kind lady suggested several things to try, all of which I have now done. Unfortunately, they have not solved the problem.
  So, once again, I am asking the experts because I am afraid this is way beyond my shaky grasp of technology.

  I did try to find the original thread – spent about an hour so doing – and only started a new one because I did not know what else to do.
  Technology is, for me, very difficult and challenging. I am sorry if this is annoying – but I do try my absolute best to sort things out for myself before asking for help.
