  Can I add an aweber form to a wordpress hosted site if I upgrade?

  Third party code cannot be installed on WordPress.com sites. This is a security risk as we cannot vet all outside code and it puts our users, their sites, and our servers at risk. So, your aweber form won’t work on a WordPress.com site.

  This type of code is only usable on self-hosted WordPress.org sites.

  I know the difference between .com and .org can get confusing, so here’s a breakdown of the benefits of each:

  Sometimes, even without the installation of a plugin or third-party code, we can help you gain the function you’d like here at WordPress.com. For instance, you could create a widget in your sidebar that would link to your aweber sign up page:
