  While I was trying to make a payment for a subscription a error occurred and displayed the message above.
  Further I would like my currency changed to USD from Euro. Hope you can help me at the earliest.

  I see that you have an open ticket with our Billing Support team. They’ll review your account and follow up with you there.

  They can also change your account currency by request, so make sure to have them do that once they respond to your message.
