    Hi all,

    After trying for the second time with a new account. I still got the following error “AXLZNE” when trying to subscribe to the annual business plan.

    My payments do not go through and now it says payments are disabled on my account. I would love to get this sorted ASAP! :)

  • Sorry to hear it! Our forums staff isn’t able to resolve this, but if you haven’t already done this once, please reach out directly to our Payments team for assistance.

    Just use the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.” Your request will reach the right eyes, with the right info. Thank you!
