  I tried to upgrade my account and I received this message:

  Then, I wrote back to clarify that I would not like a free plan, but I would like to pay for a plan, a premium plan for my new NGO. I received this email:

  We are unable to confirm that you are the owner of the card that you are using to attempt this payment and purchases will remain blocked on this account.

  We won’t be providing any further detail about why payments will remain blocked. If you’d like more options than are available on our free plan, you may also consider using the free version of WordPress, available here: https://wordpress.org/

  I am slightly alarmed. I am using my visa card, I never received a fraud alert or anything, but WordPress seems to have a reason to believe it is not my card. How can I re-enable purchases and upgrade my account?
