  I am getting an error code AXLZNE, and it says that the payment has been stopped. My PayPal account is in good standing, so why is this happening?I thought there was an issue with my account, so I logged out of the Google-linked account and even created a new one

  I am currently residing in South Korea, and I have been experiencing difficulties accessing WordPress websites. To overcome this issue, I have been using ProtonVPN to connect, also set to South Korea. Is that the problem? Why am I unable to make purchases?
