AXLZNE error when making payment

  Tried to upgrade to WordPress Pro but not able to complete transaction because of error AXLZNE. Also, it comes in different currency, RUB instead of EUR or GBP.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Our Billing Support team handles inquiries about this. You can reach out to them for assistance with this using the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.”

  You can also send an email directly to billingsupport@wordpress.com if you prefer that.

  I have contacted them but not heard anything back. Any reason why the currency is different also?
