AXLZNE error when making purchase

    Hi, I’m trying to upgrade my site to business plan. But when I checkout the site shows warning:’Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.’ so I can’t make the purchase.

    I don’t know what to do and I really need to upgrade to business plan for using the plugins and themes. Please help me, thank you!
