    Whilst trying to write a blog I keep getting a message saying there is an error on the page and it’s uploading which means my screen keeps going blank and then when it re uploads it happens again so I can’t com0lere any blog posts, what do I do please

    Hi debbiepritchardjones,

    Oh! Please make a screenshot of the error on the post and upload that to your Media Library so I can see exactly what is happening on your side.

    It would also be great to know the following:

    • Does this only happen when you create a new post, or does it also happen when you are trying to edit a draft or any existing post?
    • Does this happen on multiple browsers or just the one you are currently using?

    If you haven’t done so already, please try clearing your browser cache so we can rule that out:

    Hi I am working off an IPad and am unable to clear the browser cache. I don’t have access to a computer which I think I might need to do this. But in answer to your questions this is happening with both new posts and with trying to editing posts already loaded. Here is a picture of the two error messages I am getting so any further help would be much appreciated.

    So you are using the app on your iPad and not the browser? Either way, you should be able to upload media via the iPad. I am not able to see the images in this forum.

    What is the exact error message you are receiving when trying to upload the media?

    Hi I am using the browser not to app.

    This is the wording on the messages as you can’t see the images I’ve uploaded

    X This web page was reloaded because a problem occurred

    A problem repeatedly occurred on “http://Wordpress.com/post/debbiesadventure.home.blog/179”

    I am working off an iPad and am unable to clear the browser cache.

    You can find instructions for clearing the Safari cache on an iPad here:

    Also completely restart the iPad itself to flush the device connection cache.
