back end and my premium plan and domain gone but website working

  I used to be able to see the back end of my website here on my wordpress admin account, and make edits. All of a sudden the whole back end is gone, but the live view end is still working.

  What is going on? Why has the back end disappeared, reflecting no website at all and no premium plan yet i am still paying for the plan. it says i dont even own the domain my hosting is with WordPress please help what do i do ?
