  Now I see where the problem is.

  It’s in the CSS community-translator.css:47
  .translator-translated {
  text-shadow: 0px 0px 10px #0f0, 0px 0px 2px #4cb420 !important;
  cursor: pointer;
  }

  https://widgets.wp.com/community-translator/community-translator.css

  It is a wordpress.com problem with the translators css.

  Looks like it has been enabled under your account. You can uncheck the box from the screenshot below to remove the highlighted text:
