Back end is broken

  Some aspects of our other wordpress site: wetheenthusiasts.com has disappeared.
  1) Appearance > Customize: The only option is ‘Widgets.’ Everything else has disappeared. Front end looks normal.
  2) WooCommerce Shipping zones & Class: Information disappeared. Cannot add new ones. Front end customers receive proper shipping estimates.

  There are possibly more things, but after I noticed that, I realized some thing was wrong beyond WordPress.

  I don’t see an edit button.

  *I realized something was wrong beyond “Woocommerce.” This problem has been occurring for at leas a few days now.

  The theme I’m using is “TwentySixteen.” Everything has been updated.

  The problem has been 90% resolved. I went on a different computer (macbook) and everything was working fine. I tried the same computer (PC) and opened it via firefox rather than google chrome and everything is working fine. I still don’t know why it suddenly stopped working on my PC via google chrome. If you have any incite, that would be great.

  Hi.
  You actually need help for a WordPress powered site, not a site hosted at WordPress.com. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are a little separate, and that can be confusing.

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org
