back end of my website

I have created my webpage, but when I type in wordpress.com, enter my user name and password, I am not getting to the part of the site (back end) where I can enter my blog information. I am logged in, but I don’t see where the Dashboard, Pages, Plugins, etc is. How do I get there once I am logged in?

There is no access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we cannot install plugins. Please read this > http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ and if you are referring to a WordPress.org install like this one http://randyhux.com/ then you need to post to the WordPress.org support forums here > http://wordpress.org/support/

I also am logged in but cannot get to my Dashboard.
What does “…no access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs ” mean?
