Back To Premium Plan

    Really need your help on this one guys! My previous domain and Business Plan had expired, and I so my website had been reverted back to the Free Account. I want to upgrade to Premium, but for some reason the button to upgrade is not there.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    To downgrade from a Business Plan you need help from a Staff member. Just wait till one of them replies.

    Hi there,

    To upgrade to the Premium plan we first need to downgrade your site from the Business infrastructure. This process will delete all of your site’s data so I need your confirmation before proceeding.
