  Hello,
  I’m not really having a problem. I’m wondering if there is an easy way to back up my whole blog on a regular basis. Right now, I copy and paste all the text. That is time consuming and doesn’t include saving all the images. I would love there to be a ‘back-up’ button that I haven’t found yet.

  We automatically backup your entire blog on a regular basis! :-)

  If you want to create a local backup, you could simply export your blog:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/export/

  You could locally backup your media by saving the files from your Media Library or by importing them into a self-hosted WordPress installation.
