    Good Afternoon
    My site went down a couple of months ago and now the site is back up however now the payments and backups are not in up and running so what do I do

    WP.com: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

    datelessvintage.com is a site hosted with Siteground and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org), whereas this forum deals with sites hosted through WordPress.com.

    The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org

    Your hosting provider may be able to help you with your issues since WordPress.com has no control over sites hosted elsewhere.
