Back up and Delete Other hosted domains

  We are currently hosting 5 sites on our WP account, some with action required:

  Factor8 – delete
  Galt Immigration – delete immediately
  TPD new site vs old site – delete/archive
  WWU – delete, redirect domain to tpd.com

  I need help backing up these sites and then deleting them. Can’t find these domains when I log into our WordPress. If there isn’t a way to back it up then can we just delete right away. Please assist.

  Jetpack: Yes
  Correct account: No

  Without knowing the exact url’s of those sites we can’t help. I see http://tpd.com/ is hosted by wp engine, the fact you don’t see your sites over here usuually means they are hosted elsewhete.

  What @staartmees stated is exactly correct. We would need the domains to investigate further. Currently, there are no sites under this account. If they are in another account, please choose the help button within that account so we can assist further. If they are hosted elsewhere, it would be best to reach out to that site’s host for more help.
