Back Up Codes Didn’t Work for Recovery of Login

    Help! I manage another couple of sites with another email address, and cannot access these sites as I no longer have the mobile I used for that recovery option and the backup codes generated do not seem to work. I still have access to that email address, can anyone suggest a solution? Thanks!
