Back up codes for double authentication

  I have just completed the double authentication process and I’m trying go print off my 10 back up codes but it won’t generate them for me nor will it print it for me. I would really like to have them…

  Hi Mary – Can you make sure that you have any pop-up blockers or ad blockers or related extensions in your browser disabled? The backup codes are in a pop-up window. :)

  Thanks, but, ummm…could you tell me how to get back to the place where I can find the back up codes and un-block the pop ups (yes, I am that much of a computer genius…)
