Back up copy

    Dear,
    I am trying to download with the plugin All in one WP migration the backup of my websyte because I need to change host to hostinger (As the one I have now it is not working properly) and there is no way to do it as each time I start the process it says that it is an error ( and I tried with different computers and locations).
    I don’t know how to proceed because hostinger told me that I can not proceed with the migration if I don’t have the backup and I don’t have a way to donload this info and put it in public drive.
    Could you please help me?
    This is very important and I need to work with my web as soon as possible please!!!!
