  Please help me to install plug in for back up the wordpress posts. thank you.

  Although if you use a Offline blog editor link Windows Live writer you can have a copy of your posts if you use the software to write and publish your posts here is the download link http://download.live.com/writer

  Also, you can backup your posts, pages, comments, categories and tags by going to tools > export and exporting your blog. It will be downloaded to your desktop.

  Note though that it will not backup images.
