Back-up Links, I doesn’t seem to be working for me

I visited the page on exporting your links – making a backup of your links here … http://en.support.wordpress.com/blogroll/import-export-links/

It recommends typing http://yourblogtitle.wordpress.com/wp-links-opml.php into your browser and somehow you could download your links I’m assuming? I’m a little confused. I’m using firefox on a mac, I tried safari too and nothing seems to be happening. I just get a list no “save as” option as described in the post.

How would I update my links, any replies would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

The above is what an OPML file looks like. It is code. Just copy that information out and put it into a plain text file and save it to your computer.
