Back up of all my blogs

  Dear ones,
  I have 2 main blogs.
  This one adrianamaranhao.com and adrias.info
  My concern is that I could have a full back up of that.
  Somehow I do not know how to have it duplicated and saved somewhere else.
  There are plenty of information there that I defenetely would love to save in a different media.
  Any suggestions?
